Viride is an independent group active in the field of renewable energy non performing loans and distressed assets as advisor, servicer and investor, focusing on: - providing assistance to domestic and international companies in relation to the purchase and management of distressed assets (including due diligence activities); - servicing activities - particularly on medium-large tickets on the PV market - acting as special servicer in securitisation transactions; - investments, mainly on receivables secured by photovoltaic plants and mini wind farms, owned by private or finance companies (e.g. leasing companies), in technical and/or financial distress. The activities of origination, analysis, selection and servicing of the portfolio are entirely managed by Viride. Pro-active servicing Speed up the collection timing through a “pushy” approach with all the parties involved; e.g. instruct lawyers to apply for anticipation of hearings when possible; monitor significant claims through meetings with receivers/commissioners; request to promptly distribute cash available from time to time; Increase collections through the cooperation with the receiver/commissioner; e.g. increase the profit on sums deposited on bank accounts of the proceeding; help to settle litigation or convert illiquid assets; Originate new related opportunities; e.g. purchase additional claims concerning proceedings in portfolio; filing bankruptcy composition proposal (concordato fallimentare) on such proceedings; recovery of untraceable creditors’ amount.
