Viride is an independent group active in the field of renewable energy non performing loans and distressed assets as advisor, servicer and investor, focusing on: - providing assistance to domestic and international companies in relation to the purchase and management of distressed assets (including due diligence activities); - servicing activities - particularly on medium-large tickets on the PV market - acting as special servicer in securitisation transactions; - investments, mainly on receivables secured by photovoltaic plants and mini wind farms, owned by private or finance companies (e.g. leasing companies), in technical and/or financial distress.
