In February 2007, after spending hundreds of hours searching online for a genuine work-at-home job only to find scams, junk, and business opportunities, stay-at-home mom Laura Spawn took matters into her own hands and called upon the programming skills of her tech-savvy brother Adam to help her build a virtual jobs database free of employment scams.
