To be of service to you I offer flexible consultations to suit personal and corporate creators. These range from one to one sessions, to corporate events with groups for between 25 and 500 people. These primarily focus on the impact of techniques related to mindfulness. Firstly on a personal level relating to energy, growth and development. Then on what effects this has to a businesses impact and efficiency. After all, a business of aware and empowered people creates an aware and empowered business. On a personal note, we have limited time to realise success in our own lives and connect with the lives of others. It's way too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled while we do it. That's why we work together, seeing potential pain and challenges as opportunities for growth to move toward realising success instead of getting in the way of it. In supportive dynamics there can be a relationship a kin to coach and coached. This time we'll use a combination of existing attributes created from your experience in synergy with techniques and skills which have been developed using mine. This provides a neutral position for ongoing growth and empowering awareness. Importantly, this removes perception that anything is 'wrong'. It's replaced with a personal working understanding that as an individual, you already have everything you need to thrive and growth then becomes both necessary and natural. My aim is to support your energies existing potential. To provide balance and success as it's definition evolves in what ever form this is important to you, or if you are reading as a business owner or executive to the people within your business.
