Vision & Resultat is me. I am a self-employed Management Consultant and hands-on Change Leader through my company Vision & Resultat (in English Vision & Results). I typically take on assignments involving both internal and external change. I bring broad experience to the table from executive mgmt positions in Startup’s in the Digital space, mainly within Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Product Management, and many years as Management Consultant. As Management Consultant the red thread has been to lead and facilitate transformative change from the executive level throughout the organisation. The aim is typically to increase the competitiveness through increased capabilities in Digital, Agile, Sustainability, etc. What I have learnt is that it typically boils down to perfecting a single capability - Innovation Management. This is the vehicle to succeed. With top mgmt ambition, courage and trust the sky is the limit. Vision & Resultat exist to achieve a sustainable life, personal development, genuine relations and of course making real difference for customers. Our values are curiosity, empathy, honesty, courage, integrity and generosity. We achieve this by not acting as "consultants", being generous with our knowledge, taking on big issues with creativity and courage, a positive approach and living in the present, learning from our mistakes and celebrating our wins and successes.
