Visit Winona is destination marketing organization for the city of Winona, Minnesota. Our vision is to be an innovative industry leader that positions Winona as the preferred community to visit and live. For several years we have called ourselves the Miami of Minnesota. Why Miami? Winona is statistically the warmest city in Minnesota, according to Weather Almanac, so we like to think that our extra three degrees (on average) make us a little extra balmy here😉 Winona and Miami are also located in the same position in the Southeast corners of their respective states of Minnesota and Florida.
