VIX Protection is on a mission to do one thing: create the best cut-resistant protection possible to protect skiers from lacerations. "Compromise" is not part of our vocabulary. Our journey began with a story of resilience and determination, embodied by our founder and CEO, Victor Wiacek. In 2019, Victor's life took a dramatic turn during a ski race when he faced a near-death experience due to a severe cut. The incident sparked his quest to develop a solution that would prevent others from enduring similar trauma. Frustrated by the lack of comfortable and effective cut-proof protection available, Victor embarked on a mission to revolutionize the industry.
