Vale of Clwyd Mind

We're Vale of Clwyd Mind. We are affiliated to national Mind but we are an independent, local charity governed by our Board of Trustees. Established in 1979 and incorporated in 1998, we have over 40 years’ experience of supporting better mental health and wellbeing across our local area. We offer a range of free services to help people who are struggling with their mental health and operate throughout the county, from the coastal north to the rural south. We are committed to working with our community to challenge stigma and discrimination associated with mental health. We want to be able to help as many as possible because mental health issues affect us all. Whether it’s you or someone you know, you’ll know that the impact of mental ill health can be really hard to manage. Vale of Clwyd Mind is here to offer support when it’s needed, in your local area.
