For more than twenty years, she collaborated with hundreds of non-profit organizations, leading initiatives with CEOs, senior executives, board directors, trustees and philanthropists that have attracted hundreds of millions of dollars to ignite organizational and community-wide change.
KL was raised in the Washington, D.C. area and on a 20,000 acre Montana cattle ranch. As the daughter of an Episcopalian minister, she grew up surrounded by three generations of successful entrepreneurs, and cowboys.
