Founded by Salama AlAli at the age of 18, Salama turned her love for handcrafted pastries into a thriving business, driven by a commitment to quality, sustainability, and creativity. At Voya, we believe baking should be thoughtful and personal. Instead of mass production, we focus on traditional techniques while continuously innovating. The name “Voya” comes from the Spanish word “viajar ” (to travel), reflecting our love for discovery, whether in flavors, methods, or creativity.
