- Plant-based ingredients: We constantly develop ingredients from pulses grown with our farmers. For the past years, we focused on creating a wide range of pulses flours (chickpeas, lentils, peas, beans) and flours rich in proteins, up to 50 % protein content. These healthy and clean label ingredients contribute to improve the nutritional profile of your recipes. These natural ingredients offer as well different functionalities.
- Allergen-free ingredients: By controlling the full supply chain, we build dedicated specifications to minimize the risk of cross contamination from the field to our processing lines. We take the commitment to provide our customers with non-allergen ingredients.
- French supply chain: Deeply involved beside our farmers (collection of 5.5 million tons of cereals made by Soufflet Group), we have the ability to develop specific varieties of rice and pulses.
- Sustainable ingredients: We want to contribute at our level, to the global challenge that is facing us : build a resilient model, by minimizing our carbon footprint in our activities.
- Clean ingredients: We only use only dry technologies to offer healthy ingredients with minimal processing.
