Volunteer Tutors Organisation (VTO) is an educational charity based in Glasgow. Our main aim is to provide free one-to-one tutoring services to disadvantaged primary and secondary school children of the Greater Glasgow Area who need help with literacy, study skills, maths or specialist subjects. Established in 1977, VTO is growing to include new educational projects to improve the confidence and prospects of young people in our local communities.
We recruit, train and support volunteer tutors in giving one-to-one educational support and guidance.
