Warida Wholistic Wellness is a First Nations international social enterprise based on Kaurna Country, dedicated to empowering women to embrace healing on their own terms. Our unique approach integrates ancient Indigenous intuitive methods with modern therapeutic practices, fostering emotional, physical, cultural, spiritual, and economic wellbeing. We offer a range of services including trauma-informed workshops, wellbeing retreats, counselling and coaching at both the personal and business level. Our ethos is grounded in the principles of gudu-guduwa (coming together) and ngardi guwanda (deep listening), ensuring culturally safe and sensitive support for all our clients.
