Warner & Associates Construction is a General Contracting company that was founded on principles of quality construction, integrity, and honesty by Joel Warner & his Son TJ Warner. After 25 years as a successful partner with Hales & Warner Construction it was time for Joel to continue on his own. The company began doing business on January 10, 2011 in Spanish Fork, Utah.
TJ's MBA made him a great asset to the company financially and later that year Joe Alldredge was brought in as a partner with vast estimating and project management experience. From there the company has continued to grow and now we have completed many multi-million-dollar projects as a Short Listed Low Bid General Contractor and as a Construction Manager/General Contractor.
