Nepal's First Central Treatment Facility Based at Pokhara Metropolitan city to manage Healthcare waste in scientific and environmental friendly manners since 2014 to mitigate climate change and sustainability.
Currently, we serves around 50 hospitals, 200 small labs and clinics in Pokhara Metropolitan City. We have been managing around 5 tons of hazardous Health Care Waste (HCW) daily using environment friendly and sustainable technology.
Waste Service is already working in HCWM for quite a while and has a strong track record. We have successfully completed many projects for Governments, Private sector and development partners like WHO,GIZ,UNDP,FHI 360.
Waste Service received various Awards from different organization for its contributions to protect the environment and public health. Some of our achievements are:
• Winner of Sankalp Global Awards-2020 on Waste Management and Climate Change
• Top 10 innovations recognized by the United Nation on global science, technology and
innovation forum (STI) in 2018.
• New Business Age Conclave Awards, Special Recognition of Start Up Awards in 2017
