Watchbird® is a Norwegian medical technology company, dedicated to develop tools for DETECTING, identifying, monitoring, diagnosing and communicating health hazards which individual soldiers may be exposed to during training and operations. The company also develops PROTECTION wear for low level health hazard exposure. Watchbird® has a goal is to improve operational capability of the armed forces and to protect military and civilian personnel from hazardous impact. The SAFEgaiter™ is a low-burden respiratory protection garment. Designed for operational use when a full gas mask is not required, it defends against hazardous airborne threats such as dust, smoke, burn pit emissions, bacteria, viruses and riot gas. The CBRNsensor is a lightweight, wearable multi-sensor system designed for early detection and communication of CBRN threats, enabling real-time exposure alerts and improving situational awareness across units and terrain.
