In engineering our integrated systems, we evaluate each individual process to distinguish rinses suitable for recycling by ion exchange versus wastewater that needs to be otherwise treated. Based upon this knowledge we maximize rinsewater recycling while cost-effectively treating non-recyclable wastewater to meet applicable discharge limits.
We employ only high-quality components including GFPS automation & Signet instrumentation, Allen-Bradley CompactLogix controllers & Panelview touch screens for human-machine interface, Goulds multi-stage pumps, and SMC pneumatics on polyurethane-coated stainless steel skids.
