Mari and Tara have more than 40 years of combined experience in a wide range of personnel and program management, law enforcement, organizational leadership, crisis communications, course management, and operations across diverse teams and industries at the local, national and international levels. Both have facilitated training in the areas of crisis management, communications, employee well-being and resiliency, team building and planning, and building trust within the various levels of an organization and communities.
