WE Advisory is an independent advisory boutique, with a global scope, working on projects linked to the sport system and its main stakeholders. The word WE wants to emphasize the focus on people and on team working as mean to succeed in high-impacting strategic challenges. The term Advisory refers to a strategic support to customers that goes beyond traditional consulting. It is based on the ability to work with key people in businesses and institutions, by applying a methodology that is innovative, discrete and respectful towards the organizational functioning The philosophy of WE Advisory is based on the principle that sport - a universal language – represents a social, cultural and economic phenomenon. Sport is an instrument for entertaining and involving; an important element for well-being and a healthy lifestyle and a method for educating and developing soft power. A better sports system will lead to a better society.
