We Are ILL is a 501(c)(3) patient advocacy organization with a mission to redefine what sick looks like for Black women living with multiple sclerosis (MS). We aim to build a fearless community and create culturally conscious educational materials that facilitate more robust discussions about the experiences of Black women living with multiple sclerosis. WAI is changing the narrative of MS to not only improve the overall health outcomes of Black women, but also to eradicate this disease.
