Research shows that companies who invest into a more equal gender, diversity and ethnic diversity are more likely to have financial returns above their national industry medians. A vast majority of interviewed corporations claim however, that it is much easier for them to increase the budget of innovation than to execute a compelling diversity agenda. The top corporations on the other hand take pride of a greater employee loyalty, more collaboration among teams and greater team commitment.
