Women++ (Womenplusplus)

We are a non-profit Swiss association that has the interest of diversity in tech at heart. We will encourage a new wave of women to take the driver's seat and embark on a journey in tech, and we will foster the success of already trained professionals. Our aim is to change the low numbers of women working in the ICT sector in Switzerland. WORKSHOPS AND NETWORKING EVENTS ================================== We organize coding workshops, hackathons, other tech-related events, and coaching sessions (e.g. entrepreneurship, soft skills). We welcome tech enthusiasts of all levels, be it beginners, intermediates, or experts. Our events are free of charge and open to general public. COLLABORATION WITH COMPANIES ============================= We believe that a key to increase the number of women working in tech is to bring them closer to the companies. We will partner with interested companies to demistify the job search process and their work culture, as well as better inform the candidates about the in-demand skills.
