The system is exponentially scalable with mainly a digital footprint, and clinically proven as an extended Holter ( up to 30 days continuously ) for diagnosis of infrequent, often asymptomatic but sometimes dangerous cardiac arrhythmias such as Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, which increases the risk of stroke.

The system is Medically CE marked and regulated and approved by HSA ( Health Sciences Authority ) of Singapore for remote ECG and Holter Monitoring indications.
Spyder ECG database currently has greater than 11,000 individual sessions with a mean continuous average monitoring period of 4 days.
