A groundbreaking Southend-on-Sea based mental health peer support group. The group's purpose is to provide an accessible mental wellbeing peer support group for those in the business community of Southend-on-Sea and its surrounding areas. The group is open to anyone over the age of 18 in paid employment, employers and employees, who would like support with their mental wellbeing from a professional and personal perspective. WellbeingMatters is an independently run community group with a board of trustees.
