We Ride Why (Documentary - 2025)

Noir Rouge Productions LLC is currently producing "#WeRideWhy?" - a forthcoming documentary to scheduled for limited release and viewing in December of 2023 and wide release in early 2024. The name of the project is inspired by poem written by former music journalist and the film’s director, Greg Roth. The film tells the story of Roth and hundreds of others like him who cycle in dedication to loved ones lost to or currently battling cancer. Greg lost his own mother Judy to cancer when he was 11 and his mother was just 31. #WeRideWhy connects the lives of Greg Roth, Jenny George, Ashley Berg. The film explores their own individual battles with cancer and motherhood. Jenny's and Ashley and Greg's story and how their stories connect provide the foundation of the greater story... Greg and hundreds of others like him who cycle in dedication to loved ones lost, or are currently suffering from cancer. It is a story of loss, struggle, pain, connection, community inspiration and transformation. It is a story of the positive difference thousands of people can make in the world, when committed to something greater than themselves.
