WeShelter uses technology to help to end homelessness. Our mission is to help young people "take the next step" toward getting involved in one of the biggest social issues our society faces. In NYC alone, there are more than 60,000 homeless people, including more than 23,000 children. Our Android and iOS applications allow for real-time charitable giving and obtain information about and communicate with local direct-aid organizations. Donations collected by WeShelter from corporate sponsors are redistributed to organizations which offer direct aid to those in need.
