The Wesley Inc., is a 501(C)(3) non-profit which has been serving seniors in Baltimore since 1867, introduces a Continuing Care at Home (CCaH) program to serve those 60+ in Maryland. We currently can enroll members in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel, Harford, Howard, Carroll Counties, & the Eastern Shore.
Members receive a LifeCare benefit for long-term care services based on the member’s selected payment option. The program and its benefits are fully portable if you were to move out of State after one year of membership. We coordinate services for your lifetime. Plus, dwelling and community supports begin at service commencement.
