At WeTalkToo, we believe that everyone has the right to work in a mentally healthy workplace. Our mission is to break the stigma around mental health that still exists today, and help organisations create cultures where people feel safe to talk about mental health. Feeling supported in the workplace will enable more people to remain in work and thrive which has a positive impact on the wellbeing of individuals and a commercial benefit to organisations. Whether that is through consultancy, insight or training we will tailor our work to ensure you get the lasting benefit to your organisations. We all have mental health in the same way we have physical health and yet it still feels more difficult to talk about or deal with.
