I provide an authentic, compassionate, insightful approach to therapy as I journey with you through a variety of challenges you may face. Helping you focus on your accomplishments, to reflect on previous successes rather than setbacks. Our life experience, positive or negative, are building blocks for who we are today and can be effective tools in creating who we aspire to be tomorrow. I believe that with the right tools, empathic support, and personal determination, we can live life with confidence and become the best version of ourselves. I have a particular focus on helping people find a healthy balance to life through incorporating a holistic approach—exploring the connection between our mind, body, soul and spirit; family dynamics and how our childhood and home environment play a role in who we are today; the importance of healthy connections/relationships, and a particular interest into the awesomeness of neurodiversity and the wonders of neuroplasticity.
