White Pond Wellness

White Pond Wellness was started in 2018 in Wilmington, North Carolina with the mission of providing health and wellness services in the form of coaching, consultations, support, and lessons to those seeking to improve their health. White Pond Wellness believes that any change you wish to make to is worth fighting for, but sometimes it's easier to do with a partner. That's why White Pond Wellness provides the following services: * Health Coaching Program * Private or Semi-Private Yoga Lessons * Free Health Goal Consultations Our health coach is also available to guide you (or a group) through a private mediation session and to speak at nutrition or fitness related events. Additionally, our health coach is certificated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and our yoga instructor has completed the required 200hr and 300hr Kunga Service Leadership Teaching trainings from the Wilmington Yoga Center.
