Founded in 2011, White Oak (f.k.a. CC Residential) was created to pursue multifamily development opportunities. Since then, they have built over 3,500 residential units and have become one of the prominent multifamily developers in South Florida. They have maintained a steadfast philosophy of being a ‘hands-on’ developer focused on community design based on lifestyle enhancement and quality construction. In 2020, the company began a long-planned transition of the operating company to Andy with Armando and Jim maintaining advisory board positions focused on company strategy and capitalization support. In 2022, the company was rebranded to White Oak to signify a new period of growth with the addition of development advisory services. The company has continued to maintain its core focus on the development of multifamily communities under Mr. Burnham’s leadership which include market rate, active adult and SFR, as well as industrial and retail developments.
