whitmire is a team of social workers and other professionals who offers consultation, advocacy and care management services for individuals across the lifespan.
Our organization was founded in 2003 with a focus on care management services for people with neurorehabilitation injuries and developmental disabilities. Over the years we expanded our expertise to serve and care for individuals with mental illness, chemical dependency, ASD, and aging care needs.
We take a collaborative approach to assisting clients with their unique physical, emotional and lifestyle needs. We work with family members, clinicians, care staff, advisers, and other resources to ensure that our dynamic support system encompasses all aspects of the individual that we serve.
We use comprehensive care assessments and benefits analyses in order to gauge to guide our treatment plans. We also recruit qualified care staff and clinicians who coordinate the teaching of life skills and related competencies. Throughout this process we strive to empower our clients to make informed decisions about their treatment plans.
We lay a foundation that encourages self-confidence, increased independence, and ultimately an improved quality of life.
