When we started out in 2014, there wasn’t a lot of good gluten-free around, let alone great. We saw the opportunity to be the front runners in making great food that just happened to be gluten-free, real food that was made from the best, freshest ingredients. Delicious food.
We’d be lying if we said it’s been easy – it’s hard without the magic elasticity of gluten – but we’ve been pushing the boundaries in what’s possible with gluten-free for five years now. All the hard work and endless experimentation has been so worthwhile – we’ve cracked the code on everything from croissants to baguettes and we’re now able to offer our customers a wide variety of gluten-free baked goods that you just can’t find anywhere else.
