The Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) is Arizona’s #CWSRF and #DWSRF administrator, offering financial and technical assistance for AZ’s water infrastructure projects. Our mission is to improve and maintain water quality for all Arizonans, and we believe everyone should be able to provide safe and reliable water resources. We offer low-interest loans, subsidies, forgivable principal, and TA funding. Our rates are always below-market, and over the last 30 years, we’ve invested over $2 billion in Arizona for water infrastructure improvements.
