Based in Cape Town, South Africa, we deliver short immersive practical courses and internships in wildlife crime scene management, investigation, forensic entomology, veterinary forensics, avian forensics and conservation science, which equip both professionals and students with the real-world skills needed to protect global biodiversity. Our state-of-the-art facility features mock crime scenes, a fully equipped laboratory, a functional courtroom, and the world’s largest body farm. We provide hands-on training for conservation professionals, law enforcement and students in forensic science, veterinary studies, conservation biology, criminology and related fields. This includes rangers, environmental officers, customs officials and law enforcement personnel. In collaboration with leading universities and conservation organisations, locally and worldwide, we aim to build a new generation of wildlife forensic professionals and foster interdisciplinary research that addresses the complex challenges facing wildlife today. We welcome enquiries about courses, internships, academic partnerships, and collaborative research.
