William Tan & Associates, an agency unit of Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, was formed in 2011 when William was promoted to Manager. Throughout the years, William and his team of Financial Consultants worked tirelessly together, helping the team to progress and expand exponentially. Under his professional guidance, William’s teammates were able to establish and spearhead several other agencies. Through his continuous belief and support for his teammates, William was able to train and develop many Agency Leaders. As such, the team is now recognised as William Tan Organisation, a group of agency units of Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (Pte) Ltd.
