Who we are: Willing Hands AS is a company founded and owned by Ari Mathiesen and Beate Simonstad Berg. Our focus is on the scoping, design, financing, building, operating and transferring of complete value chains, especially in industries where Norway is globally competitive. We enable industrial and sustainable development that catalyzes the creation of a competitive labor force, especially targeting emerging African markets. Our goal is the most possible “willing hands” in production and processing through out the supply chain, working in close collaboration with local partners. We will ensure profitable operations through training and implementation of the Willing Hands developed business model, providing transparency, control and continuous improvement at all levels.
