The Winchester Beacon (formerly known as Winchester Churches Nightshelter) has been supporting people who are experiencing homelessness for over thirty years. As well as being a safe and welcoming place for 10 people to stay each night, The Winchester Beacon is a great source of support. Each resident meets regularly in a one-to-one basis with a Project Worker to help plan positive steps forward.
The Winchester Beacon also has three residences off site which accommodate a further eleven people and provide a stepping stone to independent living.
