Wingman Mentors

Our youth support organisation collaborates with local authorities and partners to assist families impacted by criminal exploitation and gang affiliation. We aim to reduce risks such as grooming and retaliation, providing essential support for a safe exit from gang involvement. Our comprehensive program offers services like counselling, mentoring, educational support, and community activities. We focus on helping young people break free from cycles of violence and crime while fostering positive relationships with peers, families, and communities. By working closely with families, schools, and community organisations, we create a coordinated support network. This ensures consistent, holistic assistance, promoting long-term positive outcomes. We are dedicated to empowering young people with the guidance and resources they need to escape violence and crime, enabling them to lead healthy, productive lives and build brighter futures.
