Wings in Motion

We use Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) to create safe, inclusive and accessible spaces for individuals from all walks of life to express, heal, grow and connect through Art, Dance and Movement. DMT is a psychotherapeutic approach which focuses on wellbeing and healing through Dance and Movement. Our body speaks through movements and our movements reflect the way we think and feel. DMT is based on understanding this mind-body connection and how through movements we can bring about changes in our thinking and emotions. We facilitate group and private DMT sessions across diverse groups and spaces, both in-person and virtually. DMT is for everyone. #MoveAndBeMoved
