Winmark Affordable Housing Network

Our network for leadership teams in the Housing sector provides the opportunity for knowledge-sharing and learning within an exclusive community of peers. Regular roundtable sessions led by experienced Chairs, advisors and senior directors provide the opportunity to debate and discuss issues relating to housing management and strategic planning. Membership enables the leadership team to also have access to meetings of the other Executive and Non-Executive networks to acquire new skills and knowledge on wider issues such as business strategy, digital transformation, innovation, people management, marketing, legal and sustainability. Annual membership is open to housing associations, councils and other organisations which provide affordable and social housing services.
