Acquired in 2008 by the real estate Italian company Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione (IGD), Winmarkt is one of the most widespread networks of shopping centers in Romania. Winmarkt’s portfolio includes 14 shopping centers and an office building, located in 13 cities. Most of the assets are strategically positioned in the heart of each city, mainly in the central squares.
