Our mission is to reduce the impact of crime and youth violence on our communities by empowering young people to be positive role models. We aim to achieve this by working collaboratively with all agencies, offering specialised intervention to those at risk of or entrenched in crime. All of our employees have lived experience of the criminal justice system and as such speak with credibility. Their pasts helps break down the barriers many young people have which enhances the diversionary work. Furthermore, we offer bespoke training sessions for professionals as well as parents of those involved in or at risk of serious organised crime. We believe that everyone has a collective responsibility to come together and reduce the devastating impact of youth violence and gangs that has on our communities and society. We therefore, aim to work closely with the private and corporate sector on HR systems and processes which makes it easier for those with convictions to attain employment. This is crucial to our success as employment is ultimately a protective factor.
