Wilfrid Laurier's Taste of Asia

Wilfrid Laurier's Taste of Asia strives to establish and create a network of students across Wilfrid Laurier to engage and connect through a variety of asian cultures and traditions. For those who feel disconnected from their community, WLU TOA is a place for you to return to your roots. Regardless if you are a Canadian born asian or an International student, we represent a place where students who live away from home can experience and share their ethnic cultures with those around them through strengthening the campus community with social events, cultural events, and collaborations. WLU TOA operates on the premise of being inclusive. Promoting, not only personal, but peer development by creating a welcoming and positive learning environment in which members will become educated on various Asian culinary practices and cultures, along with establishing long-lasting friendships within and outside of the Laurier community. The club will not be discriminatory in terms of ethnicity, religion, gender, citizenship, sexual orientation, physical ability, mental ability, social, or financial status.
