Tribe Innovation

Tribe Innovation harnesses the energy of the most creative William and Mary students in order to inspire individual creativity, bridge the gap between college and the workforce, and solve relevant problems in our community. Our certified Innovation Facilitators specialize in the Ideation phase of the Design Thinking process. We cultivate specialized brainstorming sessions based off the participants of our Innovation Sprints and Workshops. Our Innovation Sprints are geared towards students learning the design thinking process and adopting a human-centric mindset when attempting to solve problems. Our Workshops are client specific where we innovate alongside our client by: clearly defining the problem at hand, creating a solution strategy, brainstorming ideas, converging on a singular concept, developing low-resolution prototypes, then iterating on the process.
