With Not For is a disability-led and founded talent and content agency that exclusively represents Disabled creatives. It also specialises in training and development for employers ready to include Disabled people in their workplaces and provides bespoke disability inclusive research groups.
Co-Founders Kelly Gordon & Emma Gardner are passionate about working with leaders to change mindsets around the employment and inclusion of Disabled people in creative spaces.
Working with clients such as Guinness, Verve, Wunderman Thompson, SKY, HSBC and IKEA on everything from creative campaigns to accessibility. They work in close collaboration to support their clients with disability inclusion in both their workplaces and in their advertising/media and at their events.
Their working style in open and relaxed and with the launch of the new Any Brief policy, they are slowly but surely getting their talent booked on more than awareness campaigns.
They love to share tangible tips and open up conversation about how Disabled people can thrive in creative environments.
