WNORTH is an award-winning membership network of accomplished women redefining leadership and scaling new summits. Since 2015, we have connected mid-career and senior-level women who are shaping the future of business and culture—with the shared goal of building more inclusive, equitable, and effective leadership environments.
With over 1,700 members across North America, WNORTH is an application-based community of women leaders averaging 10–15 years of experience. Our members come together to exchange knowledge, expand networks, and grow through curated in-person gatherings, virtual forums, and leadership development programs.
From leadership retreats, Themed summits, our annual Whistler Conference and Member Roundtables, in the last 10 years, WNORTH has hosted over 450 events, welcomed more than 20,000 attendees, and featured over 500 thought leaders and speakers. Our corporate members include leading organizations such as PwC, SAP, Indeed, and TD Bank.
