Building on our previous success, and to further meet the needs of our clients, Wood L&M Solutions was formed by the merging of two separate but related companies:
• Wood Legal Solutions – a boutique construction law firm; and
• Wood Management Solutions – a project management company.
Our clients told us that they needed a ‘One Stop Shop’ that could provide construction law advice that was practical as well as accurate along with assistance in the management of their projects and their contracts. Clients often need advice and/or assistance in both practice areas.
Hence, in August 2016, Wood L&M Solutions was born.
