4). Develop a workplace performance strategy and sustainment plan that includes one or more of our core competencies -- Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Change Management, Leadership Development, Process Improvement, and Executive Coaching.
5). Execute the strategy and the sustainment plan with our team of highly experienced consultants.
6.) Evaluate the outcome against the goal. Adjust accordingly
