Our engagement process: 1). Listen to clients and gain a keen understanding of the business problem they are trying to solve. 2). Determine, with our clients, the metric associated with that business problem and measure the current state. 3). Determine, with our clients, the metric for the desired future state. 4). Develop a workplace performance strategy and sustainment plan that includes one or more of our core competencies -- Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Change Management, Leadership Development, Process Improvement, and Executive Coaching. 5). Execute the strategy and the sustainment plan with our team of highly experienced consultants. 6.) Evaluate the outcome against the goal. Adjust accordingly
