The Team comprises of life time members of Indian Mountaineering Foundation (IMF), accredited member of National Geographic Society, Certified in Leadership & Wilderness Education – NOLS. Instructor in Military College and HQ of Warfare. Rich experience and exposure of IIT Kharagpur, IIM Kolkata and IIM Bangalore and IISc and many more. The Team specialises in trainings on understanding challenges and risks in various walks of life. Overcoming fear and learning to take challenges head on and working towards mitigating risks are the key elements of an individual’s overall change and growth levels. Along with a continuous goal wise hunger for learning increases the level of confidence. Our modules of training are varied and custom based. It works on an individual’s as well as a groups ability to take responsibilities, having relentless patience and tolerance. Adventurous experiences out-of-doors are perceived to kindle the enthusiasm of the young, to develop their concern for others, for their community and for the environment. Such experiences provide the means of self-discovery, self-expression and enjoyment which are at once both stimulating and fulfilling.
