(LEScoalition) is to improve and stabilize the quality of life for local residents by the development of new construction and the substantial rehabilitation of vacant housing stock to preserve affordable housing for individuals of low-to-moderate income. The organization is committed to providing professional, community-based not for profit management of new and rehabbed buildings in its portfolio.
